城市管线空间数据协同更新方法的设计与实现

摘要 基于不同的管理方式和应用需求,国内管线数据动态更新模式主要包括管线权属单位、建设单位主导的竣工汇交和政府主导的集中采购、跟踪测量两种,这两种模式采集的数据存在时效性与精度差异大、共享交换困难等问题,难以满足城市精细化管理需求。结合综合管线与专业管线的数据特征和管理流程,从标准规范、管理机制、安全保障、数据体系、管理平台和工艺流程等角度进行研究,提出城市管线空间数据协同更新方法,开发了管线地理空间信息共享交换平台,为管线数据协同更新提供软件支撑,提升了管线数据更新的效率和质量,促进两类管线数据的融合和共享。 Based on different management methods and application requirements. The domestic pipeline data dynamic update mode mainly belongs to the unit and the construction unit-led completion remittance and the government-led centralized procurement and tracking measurement. The data collected by these two modes have problems such as large differences in timeliness and accuracy, difficulty in sharing and exchange, etc.,which are difficult to meet the needs of refined urban management.This paper combines the data characteristics and management process of integrated pipelines and professional pipelines, from the perspectives of standard specifications, management mechanisms, security assurance, data systems, management platforms and process flows, proposes a collaborative update method for urban pipeline spatial data, and develops pipeline geography. The spatial information sharing exchange platform provides software support for the pipeline data collaborative update method, improves the efficiency and quality of pipeline data update, and promotes the fusion and sharing of the two types of pipeline data.
