摘要
芜湖轨道交通1号线、2号线一期工程,采用跨座式单轨列车系统,列车通过橡胶轮胎环抱梁体进行行驶,以保持行驶的稳定性。PC轨道梁不仅是承重的梁体结构,同时也是约束车辆行驶的轨道。轨道梁具有梁型多样、线形多变、精度要求高的特点,要求一次浇筑成型。因此,控制好梁体的线形是保证梁体制造精度的关键。通过运用测量新技术和新工装设备,介绍了PC轨道梁线形调整的顺序、方法、技术要求,阐述了曲线PC轨道梁在预制、变形观测及竣工测量过程中的线形控制技术,并运用三维激光扫描技术对梁体进行扫描检测,提高了测量效率,满足了设计精度要求,达到了预期的效果,对修建同类工程具有重要的指导意义。
The straddle type monorail train system is adopted in the first phase of Wuhu Rail Transit Line 1 and Line 2,in order to keep the running stability,the train runs through the rubber tire encircling beam body.PC track beam is not only a load-bearing beam structure,but also a constrained vehicle running track.The track beam has the characteristics of varied beam type,varied line type and high precision,which requires one-time pouring and forming.Therefore,the control of the beam shape is the key to ensure the manufacturing accuracy of the beam.By using new measuring technology and new equipment,this paper introduces the order,method and technical requirements of the alignment adjustment of the PC track beam,and expounds the linear control technology of the curve PC track beam in the process of prefabrication,deformation observation and completion measurement,the 3 d laser scanning technique is used to scan and inspect the beam body,which improves the measuring efficiency,meets the design precision and achieves the expected effect,and has important guiding significance for the construction of similar projects.
