摘要
探究了表面改性对橡胶颗粒超高性能混凝土性能的影响规律及机理。通过SEM橡胶颗粒表面形貌分析、橡胶颗粒-胶凝材料基体界面分析,表面水接触角分析,发现NaOH改性、KH570改性和NaOH+KH570复合改性3种改性方式均可通过提升橡胶颗粒表面粗糙度和亲水性,并改善橡胶颗粒-胶凝材料基体界面粘结性能,进而提升UHPC材料各项性能;NaOH+KH570复合改性效果最佳。
The influence law and mechanism of surface modification on the properties of rubber particles ultra-high performance concrete were explored.Through SEM analysis of rubber particle surface morphology,rubber particle-gelling material matrix interface analysis,and surface water contact angle analysis,it was found that the three modification methods of NaOH modification,KH570 modification and NaOH + KH570 composite modification can all improve rubber The surface roughness and hydrophilicity of the particles improve the adhesion properties of the rubber particle-gelling material matrix interface,thereby improving the properties of the UHPC material.NaOH + KH570 compound modification has the best effect.
