扁桃体切除术合并或者不合并腺样体切除术,是治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的一线方案。2019年美国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学会发布了2019版儿童扁桃体切除指南,对扁桃体切除术的护理、围术期管理等方面进行了证据更新和修订。本文主要针对2019版指南更新内容进行解读,以更好地指导临床医师进行儿童扁桃体切除术的实施与管理。

Tonsillectomy with or without adenoidectomy is the first choice for the treatment of children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).In 2019,the American Academy of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery issued the 2019 version of the Children′s Tonsillectomy Guideline,which updated and revised the evidence on the nursing and perioperative management of tonsillectomy.This article mainly interprets the updated content based on the 2011 version of the guidelines to better guide clinicians in the implementation and management of tonsillectomy in children.
