基于Web of Science数据库的医学生心理健康研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of medical students’ mental health research based on Web of Science database

目的:通过文献计量学的方法分析医学生心理健康问题的研究现状及研究热点,为医学生心理健康干预提供有价值的依据。方法:计算机系统检索Web of Science核心数据库中收录的医学生心理健康方面的相关文献,检索范围为2010年至2019年,通过文献计量学中引文分析的方法,对当前医学生心理健康的研究现状和研究热点进行分析,了解其研究方向。结果:共检索出1 930篇医学生心理健康相关文献,发表文献量呈逐年上升趋势;研究方向集中在抑郁、焦虑、压力;文献类型以期刊文章和会议摘要为主;美国发表的文章数量最多,中国排在第5位;发表文章最多的机构是英国的伦敦国王大学,中国发文量最多的是香港大学;发文量最多的杂志是Academic Psychiatry和BMC Medical Education;全球医学生心理健康问题的关注热点在如何制定相关策略以改善医学生的心理健康水平;国内研究在关注医学生的心理健康水平及其影响因素。结论:2010年至2019年针对医学生心理健康问题的研究逐年增多,美国的研究实力最强,全球研究热点都集中在医学生心理健康问题的调查及改善策略制定上。

Objective:To analyze the research status and hotspots of medical students′ mental health problems through bibliometric analysis,and to provide valuable basis for medical students′ mental health intervention.Methods:The computer system was adopted to retrieve the relevant literature on the mental health of medical students included in the Web of Science core database from year 2010 to2019.Through the method of citation analysis in bibliometrics,we analyzed the current research status and research hotspots of medical students′ mental health,and found out the research interests.Results:A total of 1 930 medical students′ mental health-related literature were retrieved,and the amount of published literature was increasing year by year;the research directions focused on depression,anxiety,and stress;the types of literature were mainly journal articles and conference abstracts.The United States published the most articles,and China ranked the fifth;the institution from which published the most articles was King′s University London in the United Kingdom,and the institution from which published the most articles in China was University of Hong Kong;the most published journals were Academic Psychiatry and BMC Medical Education;the focus of global medical students′ mental health issue was how to formulate relevant strategies to improve the level of medical students′ mental health;China′s research focused on the level of medical students′ mental health and its influencing factors.Conclusion:From 2010 to 2019,researches on the mental health of medical students has increased year by year.The United States has the strongest research strength.Global research hotspots are focused on the investigation of medical students′ mental health problems and the formulation of the improvement strategies.
