摘要 废旧塑料浮选,就是在适当的润湿剂和起泡剂的作用下,通过塑料与气泡结合的多少不同,从而产生上浮或下沉,将所要分选的废旧塑料分离。ABS和HIPS因密度较为接近所以分选难度大,文章以此为突破口,利用自制的浮选装置,常温下通过一系列的浮选实验,对塑料尺寸、空气流量、起泡剂的用量等工艺条件进行优化,为密度较接近的废旧塑料的浮选分离做好理论准备,进而为实现浮选工业化提供技术支持。 The flotation of waste plastics is a way of separating the waste plastics.Under the action of wetting agent and foaming agent,the waste plastics will float or sink through the different combination of plastics and bubbles so as to be separated.ABS and HIPS are difficult to separate due to their close density.Taking this as a key point,this paper uses a self-made flotation device to optimize the plastic size,air flow,amount of foaming agent and other process conditions through a series of flotation experiments at room temperature,so as to make theoretical preparations for the flotation separation of waste plastics with similar density.Then it provides technical support for realizing flotation industrialization.
