高校采购是为满足高校办学所需的经济活动,所需采购的品目是高校办学的基本物质保障。规范、高效、公正、合理的采购工作将是高校相关采购管理部门必须面对的重要课题。文章以包头地区高校为例,重点分析了高校采购工作中存在的一些问题,并就如何改进作出理论思考及措施探究。

Procurement is a necessary economic activity for colleges and universities to meet the needs of running a school.Procurement items are also the basic material guarantee.Standardized,efficient,fair and reasonable procurement management will be an important topic for the relevant procurement departments of colleges and universities.Taking colleges and universities in Baotou as an example,the paper analyzes some problems existing in the procurement,and puts forward some countermeasures to explore.
