The Value of Children’s Graffiti and Its Guiding Strategies

涂鸦是幼儿绘画的先兆,源于儿童自由表现的需要,是其成长必经的发展阶段。涂鸦能够帮助幼儿探索和认识世界,表达自我感受以及与周围成人、同伴进行社会交往,是幼儿获得肯定的一种成长方式,对幼儿身心和谐发展有特殊价值。当前教育实践中,儿童涂鸦存在错误的价值定位、过于重视美术技能、评价方式单一等误区,必须采取多种措施,呼吁涂鸦回归幼儿生活。

Graffiti is the precursor of children’s painting,which stems from the need of children’s free expression,and is the necessary development stage of their growth.Graffiti can help children explore and know the world,express their feelings and conduct social communication with adults and peers.It is a way for children to gain affirmation and has special value to the harmonious development of children’s body and mind.In the present educational practice,some mistakes like the wrong value positioning of children’s graffiti,too much attention to art skills and single evaluation methods,must be corrected to make graffiti return to children’s life.
