摘要
王小荣副教授认为小儿功能性消化不良多因脾胃虚弱、运化失常、水谷精微不能正常生成转输,致使机体失于濡养而致。归芪建中汤温补中焦、补气养血,切合该病病机,王老师临床多用此方加减治疗该病,效果良好。附案例2则,以资验证。
Associate professor WANG Xiaorong holds that functional dyspepsia in children are mainly due to weakness of spleen and stomach,dysfunction of transportation and transformation,and the failure of cereal nutrients to normally generate,transform and transport,the result of which is caused by loss of moistening and nourishing of the organism.Guiqi Jianzhong Tang(归芪建中汤)warms and invigorates middle energizer,invigorates qi and nourishes blood,and corresponds with the pathogenesis of the disease.Mr.WANG often uses this modified prescription to treat the disease,with good effect.Two cases are attached for verification.
