姜之炎教授运用徐氏儿科温潜法调治小儿疾病经验

Professor JIANG Zhiyan’s experience in recuperative medical care of pediatric diseases using XU’s pediatrics warming-suppressing method

针对小儿疾病,姜之炎教授继承名医徐小圃学术思想,辨证施治,灵活运用徐氏儿科温潜法,通过列举3则医案——小儿汗病、小儿厌食症、慢惊风,主方分别运用附子麻黄根汤、桂枝汤、益智方,强调温潜法的中医理论本质是固护卫阳、收敛营阴,扶正祛邪、阴阳互根。在药物配伍方面,姜教授不拘泥于附子一味,药物使用灵活多变,扩大了温潜法在临床疾病中的使用范围。姜教授认为运脾健脾法应贯穿于小儿疾病的治疗始终,这也是徐氏儿科学术思想的承袭与创新之处。

For pediatric diseases,professor JIANG Zhiyan has inherited the academic thought of famous doctor XU Xiaopu,treats according to syndrome differentiation,and flexibly applies XU’s pediatric warming-suppressing method.By listing 3 medical cases:pediatric sweating disease,pediatric anorexia and chronic infantile convulsion,and the main prescriptions including Fuzi Mahuanggen Tang(附子麻黄根汤),Guizhi Tang(桂枝汤)and Yizhi Fang(益智方),respectively,it emphasizes that the TCM theoretical essence of warming-suppressing method is consolidating and protecting weiqi,astringing yingqi,strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors,and interdependence between yin and yang.In terms of medicinal compatibility,professor JIANG does not stick to Aconiti Lateralis radix Preparata blindly and uses medicinals flexibly,which expands the application scope of warming-suppressing method in clinical diseases.Professor JIANG holds that activating and invigorating spleen method should run through the treatment of pediatric diseases,which is also the inheritance and innovation of XU’s pediatric academic thought.
