生长1号方结合小儿推拿对特发性矮小症儿童生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴功能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of growth No.1 prescription combined with pediatric tuina on growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor axis function in children with idiopathic short stature(ISS)

摘要 目的观察生长1号方结合小儿推拿对特发性矮小症(ISS)儿童生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴功能的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月杭州市富阳区中医院儿科收治的ISS患儿60例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组予有氧运动方案治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上口服生长1号方及小儿推拿,2组均连续治疗6个月后统计临床疗效。结果2组治疗前身高比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后2组身高均明显增加,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组增加更显著(P<0.05)。2组治疗前血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后2组血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论生长1号方结合小儿推拿能明显改善ISS患儿身高,提高血清IGF-1和IGFBP-3水平,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the effects of growth No.1 prescription combined with pediatric tuina on growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor axis function in children with idiopathic short stature(ISS).Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,60 cases of children with ISS admitted into pediatrics department of Hangzhou Fuyang District Hospital of TCM were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given aerobic exercise program,on this basis,the treatment group was given oral administration of growth No.1 prescription combined with pediatric tuina.We kept statistics about the clinical efficacy after the 2 groups were continuously treated for 6 months.Results There was no statistically significant difference in height between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the height of the 2 groups increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that in the same group before treatment(P<0.01),moreover,the increase of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and insulin-like growth factor factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3)between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,serum levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in the 2 groups significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with those in the same group before treatment,moreover,the increase in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Growth No.1 prescription combined with pediatric tuina can markedly improve the height of children with ISS and increase the serum levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 with marked efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
