耻骨上辅助经脐微双孔腹腔镜手术与传统三孔腹腔镜手术治疗单侧良性卵巢囊肿的对比研究

Comparative study of suprapubic assisted laparoscopic operation with traditional three hole laparoscopic operation for unilateral benign ovarian cyst

目的探究对比耻骨上辅助经脐微双孔腹腔镜手术与传统三孔腹腔镜手术治疗单侧良性卵巢囊肿的效果。方法选取2018年12月-2020年12月收治的单侧良性卵巢囊肿患者110例,随机数表法分为观察组55例和对照组55例,对照组给予传统三孔腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组给予耻骨上辅助经脐微双孔腹腔镜手术治疗,并观察两纽患者的手术情况、术后疼痛情况与美容情况、卵巢功能恢复情况、并发症情况。结果两纽患者的手术时间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),观察组的首次排气时间、手术出血量和住院时间均小于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),CS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术前的FSH和B,水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后,两纽患者的FSH水平均升高(P<0.05),且两组患者术后的FSH水平比较无显著馋差异(P>0.05),术后,两组患者的E,水平均降低(P<0.05),且两组患者术后的E水平比较元显著性差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为3.64%,低于对熙组的14.55%(P<0.05),结论耻骨上辅助经脐微双孔腹腔镜手术治疗单侧良性卵巢囊肿的效果较传统三孔腹腔镜手术好,值得推广使用。

Objective To compare the effect of suprapubic assisted transumbilical micro double port laparoscopic surgery and traditionalthree port laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of unilateral benign ovarian cysts.Methods 110 patients with unilateral benign ovariancysts in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(5 cases)andthe control group(55 cases).The control group was treated with traditional three port laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group wastreated with suprapubic assisted transumbilical micro double port laparoscopic surgery.The operation,postoperative pain,beauty and othercomplications of the two groups were observed Ovarian function recovery,complications.Results There was no significant difference inthe operation time between the two groups(P>0.05),and the first exhaust time,the amount of bleeding and the hospitalization time of theobservation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of thecontrol group(P<0.05),and the CS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference betweenthe two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the FSH level of the two groups inereased(P<0.05),and there was no significant differencebetween the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the Eb level of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and there was no significantdfference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.64%,which was lower than thatof the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of suprapubic assisted transumbilical miero dual port laparoscopic surgery in thetreatment of unilateral benign ovarian eysts is beter than that of traditional three port laparoscopic surgery,whieh is worthy of promotion.
