加速康复外科理念联合多学科综合治疗模式在妇科肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of enhanced recovery after sur gery concept comb ined with multi-discipl inary therapy model in patients undergoing gynecological tumor surgery

目的探讨妇科肿瘤手术患者采用加速康复外科(ERAS)理念联合多学科综合治疗(MDT)模式对血红蛋白及C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2020年12月在广东省肇庆市第一人民医院治疗的妇科肿瘤手术患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组各48例,对照组采用常规诊治,观察组采用ERAS理念联合MDT模式干预,比较两组患者营养状况指标、手术情况及并发症影响情况。结果干预后两组C反应蛋白、白蛋白水平均高于千预前,干预后观察组血红蛋白水平高于干预前,而对照组血红蛋白水平低于干预前,干预后观察组血红蛋白、白蛋白水平高于对照组,C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、住院天数、排气时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤手术患者采用ERAS理念联合MDT模式有显著效果,可缓解临床症状,改善血红蛋白及C反应蛋白水平,值得临床推广。

objective To investigate the efeet of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept combined with multi-disciplinary therapy(MDT)model on hemoglobin and C-reactive protein levels in patients undergoing gynecological tumor surgery.Methods A total of 96 cases of gynecological tumor surgery patients treated in hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 48 cases each.The control group was used routine diagnosis and treatment,and the observation group was used ERAS concept combined with MDT model intervention,the nutritional status indicators,surgical conditions and complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After the intervention,the C-reactive protein and albumin levels of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,the hemoglobin level of the observation group after the intervention was higher than that before the intervention,while the hemoglobin level of the control group was lower than that before the intervention,and the hemoglobin and albumin levels of the observation group after the intervention were higher than the control group,the level of C-reactive protein was lower than that in the control group,and the diference was statitically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization days,and exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the diference was saistically significant (P<0.05).Conc lus ion The ERAS concept combined with the MDT model for gynecological tumor surgery patients has a signif.cant efct,which can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the hemoglobin and C-reactive protein levels,and it is worth clinical promotion.
