不同指蹼成形术治疗并指畸形患儿的临床对比

Different webmoplasty treatment and the clinicalcomparison of children with deformity

目的对比不同指蹼成形术治疗并指畸形患儿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析周口妇幼保健院2018年1月-2020年10月收治的并指畸形患儿临床资料,将实施掌背侧逆行岛状皮瓣重建指蹼的40例患儿纳入A组,将实施掌背侧三角形皮瓣形成指蹼的40例患儿纳入B组。对比两组术后2个月手功能恢复情况[简化Fug1 Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)]、手外观满意度。结果术后两组患LFMA评分均升高,A组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患儿家长总满意度高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论掌背侧逆行岛状皮瓣重建指蹼可促进并指畸形患儿手功能恢复,提高家长对患儿手外观的满意度。

Objective To compare the clinical efet of diferent webmoplasty and of children with deformity.Methods The clinical data of children admited by Zhoukou Malernal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020,40 children with retrosal retrograde island flap reconstruction were included in A group,and 40 children with dorsal triangular flap were included into B group.Compare hand function recovery(FMA)and hand appearance satisfaction.Results The FMA score was higher than the B(P<0.05)and the total parental satisfaction of the A group was higher than the B(P<0.05).Conc lus ion The reconstruction of the retrograde island flap can promote the recovery of hand function and improve the parental satisfaction with the hand.
