Significance of CA153 and CA125 test in clinical diagnosis of lung cancer

目的探讨CA153以及CA125检验用于肺癌临床诊断中的意义。方法选取2020年3月-2021年3月惠州市第六人民医院收治的肺癌患者100例作为研究组,同时选取100例肺部良性病变患者作为对照组。病理结果为金标准。比较不同病理类型肺癌肿瘤标志物血清水平检验情况、CA125以及CA153检验水平异常情况。结果在CA153水平中鳞癌、腺癌、小细胞癌水平无明显差异(P>0.05),CA125鳞癌水平高于小细胞癌、腺癌(P<0.05),小细胞癌水平低于腺癌(P<0.05);研究组CA153以及CA125检验水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺癌检验过程当中,CA153以及CA125检验后可以有效反映出患者疾病严重程度,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

0bjective To explore the significance of CA153 and CA125 test in the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods 100 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study group,and 100 patients with benign lung lesions were selected as the control group.The pathological results were the gold standard.The serum levels of tumor markers,CA125 and CA153 in different pathological types of lung cancer were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the level of CA153 among squamous cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma(P>0.05).The level of CA125 squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of small cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma(P<0.05),and the level of small cell carcinoma was lower than that of adenocarcinoma (P<0.05);The levels of CA153 and CA125 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclus ion In the process of lung cancer test,CA153 and CA125 test can effectively reflect the disease severity of patients,which should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
