小儿七星茶颗粒中甘草酸含量测定的不确定度研究

摘要 目的研究小儿七星茶颗粒中甘草酸含量测定的不确定度。方法采用医学研究验证法,选择化学室接受小儿七星茶颗粒中甘草酸样本40例,含量测定的样本为实验对象,按照UPLC-MS/MS法应用与否,就受试样本的不确定度进行分析。对照组为常规检测组,研究组为UPLC-MS/MS法测定组,临床观察二者含量检测不确定度符合情况并建立不确定度计算方法。结果研究组检测不确定度符合率为95.00%(19/20),对照组检测不确定度符合率情况为80.00%(16/20),统计学意义特征对比明显(P<0.05).结论UPLC-MS/MS法的实施,对提升小儿七星茶颗粒中甘草酸含量测定确定度具有显著的效果,值得在化学室的研究中加以推广实施。 Objective To study the uncertainty of determination of glyrhizic acid in Xiaoer qixing tea granules.Methods Using medical research verification method,40 cases of glyrhizic acid samples in children Qixing tea granules were selected in chemistry room,and the samples determined by content were taken as experimental objects.The uncertainty of the samples was analyzed according to whether the UPLC-MS/MS method was applied or nol.The control group was the routine detection group,and the research group was the UPLC-MS/MS method.The consistency of the uncertainty of the two methods was observed clinically and the calculation method of uncertainty was established.Results The uncertainty of detection was 80.00%(16/20)in the contol group and 95.00%(19/20)in the study gopindicating significant difrence in stistical sgifiance(P<0.05).Conc lus ion The implemenation of UPLC-MSMS method has a sgnificant efet on improving the determination of gyrhizic acid content in Xiaoer Qixing tea prtiles,which is worth pronoting in the study of chemistry laboratory.
