摘要
前列腺癌是男性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病人数在国内呈明显上升的趋势并严重威胁男性健康。雄激素及维生素D受体调节通路在前列腺癌的发展中起着重要的作用。细胞内雄激素及维生素D的水平不仅可以决定其受体的功能,还可以调节包括细胞增生、凋亡及分化等过程。细胞色素P450参与到多种内源性及外源性物质的代谢。目前已经发现细胞色素P450对雄激素及维生素D的代谢过程有着重要作用。这意味着其对前列腺癌的发生可能起着重要的作用,并有可能成为前列腺癌治疗的潜在靶点。本文就细胞色素P450可能导致前列腺癌发生的机制作一综述。
Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in men, and its incidence is increasing obviously in China, which seriously threatens the health of men. It has been found that androgen and vitamin D receptor regulatory pathways play an important role in the development of prostate cancer. Endocytic androgen and vitamin D levels determine not only the function of their receptors, but also cellular processes like cell proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation. Cytochrome P450(CYP450) enzymes are involved in the metabolism of various endogenous and exogenous substances even include androgen and vitamin D. So, it means that CYP450 enzymes may be an important factor leading to prostate cancer and may be a potential target for prostate cancer treatment. The article will make a review of the mechanisms of CYP450 enzymes which may cause the occurrence of prostate cancer.
