微视频联合情景模拟式健康教育在急性胰腺炎康复期患者中的应用 被引量:14

Application of micro-video combined with scenario simulation health education in patients with acutepancreatitis during the rehabilitation period

摘要 目的探讨微视频联合情景模拟式健康教育对急性胰腺炎(AP)康复期患者疾病知晓、自我管理、遵医行为的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年2月—2019年12月江南大学附属医院收治的98例AP康复期患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者在出院时给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上给予微视频联合情景模拟式健康教育。比较两组患者的疾病相关知识掌握情况、自我管理情况和遵医行为。结果干预后,观察组患者对疾病病因、临床症状、并发症以及如何预防疾病复发的知晓例数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的自我管理水平问卷总分为(16.36±3.32)分,自我管理效能量表总分为(16.47±3.14)分,低于对照组的(19.46±3.98)、(19.45±3.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的依从性为88.46%(46/52),高于对照组的73.08%(38/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微视频联合情景模拟式健康教育能有效提高AP康复期患者的疾病相关知识知晓程度、自我管理效能和遵医行为。 Objective To explore the effect of micro-video combined with scenario simulation health education on the disease knowledge,self-management,and compliance behaviors of patients with acute pancreatitis(AP)during the rehabilitation period.Methods From February 2018 to December 2019,convenience sampling was used to select 98 AP patients who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group conducted regular health education when they were discharged from the hospital,and the observation group implemented micro-video combined with scenario simulation health education on the basis of the control group.The disease-related knowledge,self-management and compliance behaviors of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After the intervention,patients in the observation group were more aware of the cause of the disease,clinical symptoms,complications and how to prevent disease recurrence than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total scores of the Self-management Questionnaire and the Self-management Efficiency Scale of the observation group were(16.36±3.32)and(16.47±3.14)respectively,which were lower than those[(19.46±3.98)and(19.45±3.87)]of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was 88.46%(46/52),which was higher than 73.08%(38/52)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Micro-video combined with scenario simulation health education can effectively improve the disease-related knowledge,self-management efficiency and compliance behavior of AP patients during rehabilitation.
