摘要
在硫酸法钛白粉生产中,选取沉降澄清后的酸解钛液,在一定搅拌速率下,实验了影响七水硫酸亚铁结晶颗粒大小的因素——停留时间、降温速率、晶种及晶种加量,得到硫酸亚铁在酸解钛液中的溶解度曲线,并结合结晶原理对钛液真空结晶过程工艺参数进行优化。
In the sulfate process titanium dioxide production,the factors influencing the crystal particle size of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate such as the residence time,cooling rate,crystal seed and seed dosage were tested with the settled and clarified acidolysis titanium solution at a certain stirring rate.The solubility curve of ferrous sulfate in acidolysis titanium solution was obtained,and the parameters of the titanium solution vacuum crystallization process were optimized in combination with the crystallization principle.
