摘要
金属有机框架(MOFs)阻燃剂是一种新型的高分子材料添加剂,在对防火性能要求较高的环境中应用,可降低火灾隐患。与传统阻燃剂相比,基于MOFs的阻燃剂在化学成分、纳米结构和孔隙率等方面表现出优异的特性。综述了近年来国内外在阻燃聚合物材料方面取得的最新进展,分析了各种MOFs基阻燃剂在高分子复合材料中的阻燃效果及其阻燃机理。最后,对聚合物材料中MOFs基阻燃剂未来发展面临的研究机遇和挑战进行展望。
Metal-organic framework(MOFs)flame retardants are a new type of polymer material additives,which can be used in environments with high requirements for fire resistance to reduce fire hazards.Compared with traditional flame retardants,flame retardants based on MOFs show excellent characteristics in terms of chemical composition,nanostructure and porosity.The latest developments in flame-retardant polymer materials at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed,and analyzed the flame-retardant effects of various MOFs-based flame retardants in polymer composites and their flame-retardant mechanisms.Finally,the research opportunities and challenges facing the future development of MOFs-based flame retardants in polymer materials were prospected.
