BTDA和BPDA混合二酐的聚酰亚胺泡沫的制备与表征

摘要 采用前驱体粉末发泡法,以3,3′,4,4′-二苯甲酮四甲酸二酐(BTDA)、3,3′,4,4′-联苯四羧酸二酐(BPDA)和4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(MDA)为原料,制备了一系列的聚酰亚胺泡沫。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、热失重分析仪和导热系数测定仪等手段对酯化后的二酐在不同比例下制备的产物形貌、热稳定性、隔热性能等方面进行了表征。结果表明:生成的聚酰亚胺泡沫已完全亚胺化;热失重10%的分解温度均在500℃以上;泡沫的导热系数表明其隔热性能较好。 The polyimide foams(PIFs)were prepared by the foaming of precursor powders,which were derived from the reaction of esters of 3,3′,4,4′-benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride(BTDA)and esters of 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride(BPDA)with 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane(MDA).The products were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA)and thermal conductivity tester.The results showed that the foams were completely imidized.The decomposition temperature of 10 wt%of the product was above 500℃.Thermal conductivity data shown that PIFs were good insulation at ambient conditions.
