摘要
将纳米菱方氮化硼粒子(RBN)经烘干预处理后,加入氰酸酯树脂(CE)基体,二月桂酸二丁基锡(BDTL)作为引发剂,制得CE/RBN系列浇铸体复合材料。对浇铸体复合材料的力学想能、玻璃化温度、热分解温度和热失重性能实测表明,RBN质量分数为4.0%时,复合材料冲击强度为15.02kJ/m^(2),较纯基体固化产物提高了71.65%;弯曲强度达到163.60MPa,较纯基体固化产物提高了93.60%;RBN加入质量为有机基体质量的4.0%时,复合材料玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为289.50℃,比纯基体固化产物提高了13.30%;热分解温度为458.30℃,提高了10.73%;质量保持率为72.40%,比纯基体固化产物提高了41.41%。综合各方面因素考虑,RBN加入的质量分数为有机基体质量的4.0%时,复合材料性能得到综合提升。
The nano-rhombohedral boron nitride particles(RBN)were dried and pretreated,and then added with cyanate ester resin(CE)matrix and dibutyltin dilaurate(BDTL)as initiator to prepare CE/RBN series casting composite.The mechanical properties,glass transition temperature,thermal decomposition temperature and thermal weight loss performance of the composite showed that the impact strength was 15.02kJ/m^(2) when the mass fraction of RBN was 4.0%,which was 71.65%higher than that of the pure matrix cured product.The bending strength reached 163.60MPa,which was 93.60%higher than that of pure matrix cured products.When RBN was 4.0%of organic matrix,the Tg was 289.50℃,which was 13.30%higher than that of pure matrix cured product.The thermal decomposition temperature was 458.30℃,which was increased by 10.73%.The mass retention rate was 72.40%,which was 41.41%higher than the pure matrix cured product.Considering all factors,when the mass fraction of RBN was 4.0%of the mass of the organic matrix,the properties of the composites were comprehensively improved.
