摘要
为了有效地去除印染废水中甲基橙(MO)等合成染料,以CO_(2)和1,6-己二胺为原料,采用无催化剂、无脱水剂法制备了CO_(2)基聚脲(CO_(2)-PU)多孔材料,并对材料进行表征,研究了CO_(2)-PU对MO的吸附性能和机理。结果表明:CO_(2)-PU对MO具有良好的吸附性能,当pH为4,吸附时间为20min时,5mg CO_(2)-PU对MO的吸附率和吸附量分别能达到96.4%和96.4mg/g,并且CO_(2)-PU具有良好的循环使用性能。CO_(2)-PU对MO的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,吸附行为与Langmuir吸附等温线模型一致。
In order to effectively remove methyl orange(MO)and other synthetic dyes from dyeing wastewater,CO_(2)-based polyurea(CO_(2)-PU)porous materials were prepared using CO_(2)and 1,6-hexanediamine as raw materials without catalyst and dehydrating agent.The materials were characterized,and the adsorption capacity and mechanism of CO_(2)-PU for MO were investigated.The results showed that CO_(2)-PU had good adsorption performance for MO.When the pH was 4 and the adsorption time was 20 min,the adsorption efficiency and adsorption capacity of 5 mg CO_(2)-PU for MO could reach 96.4%and 96.4 mg/g,respectively,and had good recycling performance.The adsorption process of CO_(2)-PU for MO conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The adsorption behavior was consistent with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model.
