低磁钢用环氧防腐蚀涂料的研制

摘要 低磁钢在长期使用过程中会出现腐蚀破坏,影响使用寿命。以环氧树脂601作为成膜树脂,通过试验选出合适的活性稀释剂和固化剂,同时添加适当的颜填料,制备出一种可在低磁钢表面应用的高固体分环氧防腐蚀涂料,该种涂料在低磁钢表面具有优异的附着力、耐冲击性和耐介质性能,施工性能良好,可以满足低磁钢在不同环境下的防腐要求。 Low magnetic steel will have corrosion damage in the long-term use process,which will affect the service life.The epoxy resin 601 was used as film-forming resin,and the appropriate active diluent and curing agent were selected through experiments.At the same time,appropriate pigments and fillers were added to prepare a kind of high solid epoxy anti-corrosion coating which can be applied on the surface of low magnetic steel.The coating had excellent adhesion,impact resistance and medium resistance,and good construction performance on the surface of low magnetic steel.It can meet the anti-corrosion requirements of low magnetic steel in different environments.
