摘要
非晶合金电机因其响应迅速、运行平稳、损耗低等优点,被广泛应用于工业生产领域。文中针对转杯纺纱外转子电机的特点,利用非晶合金电机响应迅速、运行平稳、损耗低等优点,设计非晶合金外转子无槽直流电机。采用弱磁固耦合的方法,对非晶合金电机定子结构进行电磁振动特性研究。建立外转子无槽直流电机二维模型,计算并分析电机的电磁力特性,对电机定子进行模态分析;将瞬态电磁场计算得到的径向电磁力耦合到电机定子上,采用有限元方法对非晶合金电机定子进行电磁振动响应分析,将计算结果与传统硅钢外转子电机的电磁振动特性进行对比。由仿真结果得出:在两种不同定子铁心材料下,两种电机的电磁振动响应曲线变化趋势一致;在相同固有频率下,非晶合金定子在各个方向上的形变与加速度均大于硅钢电机。该研究对优化非晶合金电机电磁参数和控制方法,降低电机电磁振动具有一定理论意义。
The amorphous alloy motor has been widely used in industrial production field because of its advantages of rapid response,stable operation and low loss.In allusion to the characteristics of outer rotor motor of the rotor spinning,the amorphous alloy outer rotor slotless DC motor is designed.The electromagnetic vibration characteristics of amorphous alloy motor stator structure are studied by means of the method of weak magnetic solid coupling.The two⁃dimensional model of outer rotor slotless DC motor is established to calculate and analyze the electromagnetic force characteristics of the motor,and carry out the modal analysis of the motor stator.The radial electromagnetic force calculated by transient electromagnetic field is coupled to the motor stator.The analysis on electromagnetic vibration response of the amorphous alloy motor stator is performed by means of the finite element method.The calculated results are compared with the electromagnetic vibration characteristics of the traditional silicon steel outer rotor motor.The simulation results show that the variation trends of electromagnetic vibration response curves of the two motors composed by two different stator core materials are same.At the same inherent frequency,the deformation and acceleration of amorphous alloy stator in all directions are greater than those of silicon steel motor.The research has a certain theoretical significance for optimizing the electromagnetic parameters and control methods of amorphous alloy motor,and reducing the electromagnetic vibration of motor.
