吉林莫莫格国家级自然保护区边界和功能区范围调整初探

Adjustment of Boundary and Domain of Functional Areas of Momoge National Nature Reserve,Jilin Province

从吉林省自然资源、湿地保护和地方经济发展角度出发,在科学调查和评估论证的基础上,初步拟定了莫莫格国家级自然保护区的边界和功能区范围调整的方案,即将该保护区的部分边界调整至与镇赉县的对应边界重合,将缓冲区、实验区中的社区用地和实验区中的基本农田用地划出保护区范围。莫莫格国家级自然保护区的边界和功能区范围调整后,莫莫格国家级自然保护区的面积减小为127482.21 hm^(2),核心区面积和缓冲区面积占保护区面积的比例分别增大为43.46%和43.97%,实验区面积占保护区面积的比例减小为13.45%。

From the perspective of natural resources conservation,wetland protection,and the local economic development of Jilin province,an adjustment scheme for the boundary and the domain of the functional areas of the Momoge National Nature Reserve was preliminarily proposed on basis of a substantial scientific investigation and assessment.A portion of the reserve boundary was transferred to coincide with the corresponding boundary of Zhenlai county.The lands for the communities in the buffer area and experimental area,and the basic farmlands in the experimental area were transferred out of the reserve.As a consequence,the total area of the Momoge National Nature Reserve will decrease to 127482.21 ha.After the adjustment,the area proportions of core area and buffer area in the reserve will rise to 43.46% and 43.97% of the total area of the reserve,respectively.On the contrary,that of experimental area will reduce to 13.45%.
