融媒体背景下新闻传媒专业实践教学存在的问题及改革策略——以贵州师范学院传媒专业为例

Problems and Reform Strategies in Practical Teaching of News Media Major in the Context of Convergence Media:a Case Study of Media Major of Guizhou Education University

融媒体和新文科时代的到来,使得高校新闻传媒专业教学面临诸多挑战,教学目标需要转向为一体化复合型、应用型人才的培养,以适应融媒体行业的就业环境。本文以贵州师范学院传媒专业为例,从培养复合型、应用型人才的思路出发,探究有效的综合性应用型人才实践教学的改革办法,旨在促进贵州师范学院学生的实验教学条件,完善实践教学体系,充分满足实践教学内容,从而提升学生的实践能力,提高贵州师范学院新闻传媒人才培养的质量和水平,为当地媒体单位培养和输送高素质传媒人才。

With the advent of the era of convergence media and the new liberal arts,the teaching of news media in colleges and universities is facing many challenges,and the talent training model of the media major in Guizhou Education University is gradually lagging behind.In the context of convergence media,the teaching goal needs to be shifted to the integrated cultivation of compound and application-oriented talents in order to adapt to the employment environment of the convergence media industry in Guizhou.This paper mainly starts from the idea of cultivating compound and application-oriented talents,and explores effective comprehensive practical teaching reform methods for application-oriented talents,aiming to promote the experimental teaching conditions of Guizhou Education University students,improve the practical teaching system,and fully meet the practical teaching contents,so as to enhance the practical ability of students,improve the quality and level of the news media talents training in Guizhou Education University,and to train and transport high-quality media talents for local media units.
