摘要
寄生虫和恶性肿瘤细胞间存在类似的代谢途径,提示抗寄生虫药物可能对恶性肿瘤细胞具有一定的杀伤作用。本文总结了近年来抗寄生虫药物在抗恶性肿瘤中的作用研究进展,抗寄生虫药物可能通过干扰恶性肿瘤细胞的新陈代谢起到抗肿瘤作用,为用非传统抗癌药物治疗恶性肿瘤的研究提供了新思路。
The similarities in metabolism between parasites and malignant tumor cells suggest that anti-parasitic drugs may also have lethal effects against cancer cells. This review summarized the progress of various anti-parasitic drugs in inhibiting the growth of malignant tumors in the past several years,including the anti-tumor effect of anti-parasite drugs by regulating tumor metabolism. These advances provide novel thoughts for the research on the treatment of malignant tumors with nontraditional anticancer drugs.
