腹膜透析导管出口处管理的研究进展

Study advances in management of peritoneal dialysis tube exit site

探讨腹膜透析(PD)患者导管出口处感染的预防和治疗、出口处感染与腹膜炎的相关性、出口处消毒液的选择、预防性用药的选择、出口处换药与敷料的应用、PD患者的再培训和监督等管理工作,对预防或减少相关并发症的发生至关重要,有助于提高患者的生活质量。该文就PD患者透析导管出口处管理的相关进展进行综述。

To investigate the prevention and treatment of tube exit site infection in the patients with peritoneal dialysis(PD),correlation between the exit site infection and peritonitis,selection of exit site disinfectant solution and preventive medication,dress change and dressing application in the exit site,management work such as the retraining and supervision of the PD patients,and their influence on the prevention or reduction of related complications,and increase of the patient′s living quality.This article reviews the related progress in the exit site management of the PD patients.
