摘要 巨噬细胞是先天固有免疫系统的重要组成部分,其极化的不平衡常与多种炎性疾病相关,进而影响肿瘤、缺血再灌注损伤、免疫耐受等领域。烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)是能量代谢的关键分子,在糖酵解和氧化磷酸化中起核心作用,其表达水平与巨噬细胞极化密切相关。该文就NAD代谢及其底物酶对巨噬细胞极化关系的研究进展进行综述,展望NAD作为调控巨噬细胞极化的一个新靶点。 Macrophages are the important part of the innate immune system.The imbalance of their polarization is often associated with a variety of inflammatory diseases,thus affects the fields such as tumor,ischemia-reperfusion injury and immune tolerances.Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD)is a key molecule in energy metabolism,which plays a key role in glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation.Its expression level is closely related to macrophage polarization.This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between NAD metabolism and its substrate enzymes on macrophage polarization and looks forward to NAD as a new target for regulating macrophage polarization.
