前瞻性护理对雾化吸入激素治疗哮喘患儿负性情绪及预后情况的影响研究

Study on the effect of prospective nursing on negative emotion and prognosis of children with asthma treated by aerosol inhalation of hormone

目的探究前瞻性护理对雾化吸入激素治疗哮喘患儿负性情绪及预后情况的影响。方法择取2017年1月至2020年6月在本院接受雾化吸入激素治疗的哮喘患儿80例为研究对象,采用信封法分成两个组别,常规护理用于对照组,前瞻性护理用于观察组,评估两组患儿护理前后的SAS评分、HAMD评分和预后状况,比较分析临床应用价值。结果与对照组相比,观察组护理前SAS评分、HAMD评分之间差异较小(P>0.05),护理后观察组SAS评分、HAMD评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组情感、活动和症状方面的评分与对照组相比明显更优,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对雾化吸入激素治疗的哮喘患儿,临床给予前瞻性护理的效果是非常显著的,可有效改善哮喘患儿的负性情绪,提高预后效果,促进康复。

Objective:To explore the effect of prospective nursing on negative emotion and prognosis of children with asthma treated with nebulized hormone inhalation.Methods:80 asthmatic children treated with atomized inhaled hormone in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The envelope method was used to divide into two groups.Routine nursing was used in the control group and prospective nursing was used in the observation group.The SAS score,HAMD score and prognosis of the two groups were evaluated before and after nursing,and the clinical application value was compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,SAS score and HAMD score in the observation group were not sensitive before nursing(P>0.05),SAS score and HAMD score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of emotion,activity and symptoms in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with asthma treated with nebulized hormone inhalation,the clinical effect of prospective nursing is very significant,which can effectively improve the negative mood of children with asthma,improve the prognosis effect and promote rehabilitation.
