昆山市婚前医学检查服务模式优化研究

Study on the optimization of premarital medical examination service model in Kunshan City

目的了解昆山市适婚男女对婚前医学检查的认知、态度及需求状况,探讨相关影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷对适婚人群进行调查。结果通过对2002名婚检对象进行的婚检知识考察数据分析发现,994名(49.64%)对象的考察得分为3~5分,923名(46.10%)对象的考察得分为6~8分,仅有85名(4.25%)对象的考察得分不足3分。通过对2002名婚检对象进行的婚检需求调查数据分析发现,超过半数的对象对婚检报告领取的时间和方式提出了建议,近三成的对象对优化婚检服务流程提出了建议。结论昆山市适婚男女对婚前医学检查的态度和认知整体处于良好水平,可以通过多种渠道进行宣传引导;对婚前医学检查的需求较为一致,可以在提升服务方式,优化服务流程等方面进行改进,提升广大群众婚检的体验,提高自愿婚检的比率。

Objective:To investigate the cognition,attitude and demand of premarital medical examination among marriagable men and women in Kunshan city,and to explore the related influencing factors.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the marriageable population.Results:According to the data analysis of premarital examination knowledge survey among 2002 subjects,994(49.64%)subjects scored 3-5 points,923(46.10%)subjects scored 6-8 points,and only 85(4.25%)subjects scored less than 3 points.According to the data analysis of the demand for pre-marital check-up among 2,002 people,more than half of them put forward suggestions on the time and way to receive the pre-marital check-up report,and nearly 30 percent of them put forward suggestions on optimizing the pre-marital check-up service process.Conclusion:The attitudes and cognition of marriageable men and women to premarital medical examination in Kunshan city are generally at a good level,which can be publicized and guided through various channels.The demand for pre-marital medical examination is relatively consistent,which can be improved in terms of improving the service mode and optimizing the service process,so as to enhance the experience of pre-marital medical examination of the masses and increase the rate of voluntary pre-marital medical examination.
