数字文献资源库编目与实践

Cataloging and Practice of Digital Literature Resources

数字文献资源建设已成为图书馆资源的重要组成部分,然而在数字文献资源采购中存在较为严重的信息不对称。图书馆界迫切需要全面的数字文献资源目录,查询数字文献资源产品描述等信息,提高数字资源的采购效率继而提升服务能力。本文按照统一标准的元素内容、规范描述,通过调查法梳理现有数字文献资源库描述信息和评价信息,为图书馆提供数字出版与数字资源产品目录。对数字文献资源库进行编目,不仅可以规范数字文献资源采购流程,为图书馆提供数字文献资源产品目录查询功能,获取数字资源表征、数字资源评估、同类资源比较等信息,而且能为学院提供更有针对性的资源推介服务。同样这也是对传统数字图书馆目录的有效拓展和对数字环境下图书馆目录学建设的突破。

The construction of digital literature resources has become an important part of library resources.However,there is serious information asymmetry in the acquisitions of digital literature resources.Libraries urgently need a comprehensive catalogue of digital literature resources to query information such as product descriptions of digital literature resources,and improve the acquisition efficiency of digital resources and service capabilities.According to the element content and standard description of unified standards,the paper sorts out the description information and evaluation information of the existing digital literature resources with the investigation method,and provides a digital publishing and digital resource product catalog.Cataloging the digital literature resources can standardize the acquisition process,offer the querying function,obtain the information such as digital resource characterization,digital resource evaluation,similar resource comparison,and provide more targeted resources promotion services for the college.It is also an effective expansion of traditional digital library catalog and a breakthrough in the construction of library bibliography in the digital environment.
