摘要
近年来,航空发动机热障涂层荧光温度测量法实现了快速发展,该技术克服了传统测温检测方式的弊端,并具有可远程实时监控温度状态,能应用于高速旋转的高温发动机环境,是目前热障涂层相关研究的重点之一。以荧光测温为核心,关注其在发动机热障涂层中的应用特点,对近年航空发动机热障涂层荧光温度测量技术的发展进行总结。
In recent years,the fluorescent temperature measurement method of the thermal barrier coating achieves the rapid development.The technology overcomes the drawbacks of traditional temperature measurement methods,which has great advantages such as remote real-time monitoring of temperature state,and can be applied to high-speed rotating and high-temperature engine environment.The thermal barrier coating is one of the most important research fields at present.Taking fluorescence temperature measurement as core,focusing on the application characteristic of fluorescence thermometry in the thermal barrier coating of aero-engine,the development of fluorescence thermometry for thermal barrier coatings of aero-engine in recent years was summarized.
