摘要
以7075铝合金为基体,采用有机溶剂体系,以无水氯化铝和无水氯化镍为溶质,四氢呋喃及苯为溶剂,石墨烯作为第二项添加剂,制备铝-镍-石墨烯复合镀层。镀液组成为Li Al H_(4)0.25 mol/L,AlCl_(3)0.75 mol/L,THF 150 m L,C_(6)H_(6)100 m L,NiCl_(2)0.075 mol/L。通过SEM、EDS、拉曼光谱进行微观表征,通过显微硬度计检测硬度。结果表明:镍及石墨烯存在且均匀分散在7075铝合金的表面,铝-镍-石墨烯显微硬度最高256 HV,摩擦系数最低0.47。
Al-Ni-graphene composite coating was prepared by using 7075 aluminum alloy as matrix,using an organic solvent system,using anhydrous aluminum chloride and anhydrous nickel chloride as solute,tetrahydrofuran and benzene as solvents,and graphene as the second additive.The plating solution composition is LiAlH_(4)0.25 mol/L,AlCl_(3)0.75 mol/L,THF150 mL,C_(6)H_(6)100 mL,NiCl_(2)0.075 mol/L.The microscopic characterization of nickel and graphene was carried out by SEM,EDS and Raman spectroscopy.The microhardness was detected by microhardness tester.The results show that the nickel and graphene exist,which uniformly and dispersely distribute on the surface of 7075 aluminum alloy.The highest hardness of Al-Ni-graphene reaches 256 HV,and the lowest friction coefficient can reach 0.47.
