摘要
用超声电沉积法在45钢基体上制备Ni-TiN纳米复合镀层,研究了超声功率和电流密度对该复合镀层摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:超声功率为300 W、电流密度为4 A/dm^(2)时,摩擦系数和磨损量均达到最低值,具有最佳的摩擦磨损性能。
Ni-TiN nanocomposite coatings were prepared on the surface of 45 steel by ultrasonic electrodeposition method.The effects of ultrasonic power and current density on the friction and wear properties of the composite coatings were investigated.The results show that the friction coefficient and wear loss are lowest when the ultrasonic power is 300 W and current density is 4 A/dm^(2),which shows the best friction and wear properties.
