摘要
本文从高压开关GIS筒体结构特征和影响成本的特征量值着手分析,建立了一种基于神经网络技术的高压开关GIS产品成本预测的标准化评价方法,该方法定量与定性结合,在学习过程中能够自适应调整,评价结果客观性较强,准确性也较高,适合在不同行业领域中进行成本预测评价的标准化推广应用。
Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics for cylinder of high-voltage GIS switch and the characteristic values affecting the cost,this paper establishes a standardization evaluation method for cost prediction of high-voltage GIS switches based on neural networks.The method combines the quantitative character and the qualitative character.Meanwhile,it can be adjusted adaptively in the learning process.The evaluation result is objective and accurate,which is suitable for the standardization promotion and application of cost forecast in different industries.
