Exploration of Standard System on Office Housing Management of Party and Government Organs

党政机关办公用房管理标准化建设是规范党政机关办公用房管理,推进办公用房资源的合理配置和节约集约使用的重要举措,对深化机关事务管理体制机制改革,持续加强机关办公用房集中统一管理,深入推进法治化和标准化建设,提升保障水平和管理效能尤为重要。本文在对我国党政机关办公用房管理现状调查研究的基础上,探索并构建了我国党政机关办公用房标准体系框架,提出了完善党政机关办公用房标准体系的建议,为我国节约型机关标准化建设发展提供参考。

The standardization construction of office housing management of Party and government organs is an important measure to standardize the office housing management of Party and government organs and promote the rational allocation,economical and intensive use of office housing resources.It is especially important for deepening the reform of the system and mechanism for the management of government organ affairs,continuously strengthening centralized and unified management of government office space,further promoting the law-based and standardized construction,and improving the guarantee level and management efficiency.Based on the investigation and research on the current situation of office housing management of Party and government organs in China,this paper explores and constructs the standard system framework of office housing of Party and government organs in China.Meanwhile,it puts forward the suggestion of perfecting the standard system of office housing for Party and government organs,and provides reference for the standardization construction and development of energy-saving organs in China.
