利用农村集体“三资”管理促进财务管理标准化——以甘肃省陇西县为例

Using Rural Collective "Funds, Assets, Resources" Management to Promote the Standardization of Financial Management——Taking Longxi County, Gansu Province as an Example

随着我国农村集体经济的不断发展,各地深化农村集体"三资"管理体制改革,由于经济业务活动的变化,使得农村财务管理工作不断面临新挑战。为了促进农村集体"三资"管理进一步发展,本文以甘肃省陇西县为例,针对目前农村财务工作存在的问题,提出制定标准规范农村财务管理和服务是实现农民共同富裕和乡村振兴的重要途径之一。

With the continuous development of rural collective economy and deepening reform of the management system of rural collective "Funds, Assets, Resources", the rural financial management constantly faces new challenges due to the change of economic and business activities. In order to promote the further development of rural collective "Funds,Assets, Resources" management, this paper takes Longxi County, Gansu Province as an example, aims at the existing problems in rural financial work, and proposes that the financial management and service defined by standards is one of the important ways to realize farmers’ common prosperity and rural revitalization.
