钢管桩在交通设施基础的应用

摘要 十七冶集团公司在市政道路建设项目中采用钢管桩基础替代交通设施传统的钢筋混凝土基础,本文通过对钢管桩设计尺寸、布置形式、施工方法、经济性和使用效果等多方面研究,认为钢管桩基础具有施工简单、受力情况简明合理、施工风险较低、施工难度较小等优点,既节省了工程造价,又缩短了施工工期,在交通设施基础的应用中具有良好的前景。 In the municipal road construction projects, China MCC17 Group has adopted steel pipe pile foundation to replace the traditional reinforced concrete foundation of traffic facilities. Through the research on the design size, layout form, construction method, economy and use effect of steel pipe pile, it is considered that steel pipe pile foundation has the advantages of simple construction, concise and reasonable stress condition, low construction risk and less construction difficulty. It not only saves the project cost, but also shortens the construction period. It has a good prospect in the application of transportation infrastructure.
