摘要
目的:探究在高血压并冠心病患者标准化护理中知-信-行理论联合阶段性健康教育护理干预发挥的应用价值。方法:选取在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2019年3月份-2021年3月份期间以"高血压并冠心病"疾病收治的100例患者作为本次研究对象,采取随机数字表法划分组,100例研究对象分为观察组、对照组两组,每组各50例,对照组进行常规健康教育护理干预,观察组进行知-信-行理论联合阶段性健康教育护理干预,将患者疾病认知、自我效能感(GSES)评分、遵医行为(GSMS)评分指标视为观察重点,将不同方案干预后两组产生的效果进行比较。结果:干预后,观察组患者疾病认知得分、自我效能感(GSES)评分以及遵医行为评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:知-信-行理论联合阶段性健康教育护理干预可有效提高患者遵医行为、增强自我效能感,亦可提高患者对疾病的正确认知。
Objective: To explore the application value of combining knowledge-letter-line theory in the standardized care of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods: The 100 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by the random digital table method: observation group and control group with fifty cases in each group. The control group performed a routine health education care intervention, and the observation group performed a knowledge-letter-line theory combined phased health education nursing intervention. Patient disease cognition, self-efficacy(GSES) score, and medical compliance behavior(GSMS) scoring indicators were considered as observation priorities for the effects produced by the two groups after the different protocol intervention. Results: After intervention, the patients in the observation group has higher scores of patient disease cognition, GSES and GSMS than those in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of combining knowledgeletter-line theory in the standardized care of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease can effectively improve the GSES and GSMS and the disease cognition of patients.
