超声引导下不同水压灌肠标准化治疗小儿肠套叠临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Different Standard Water Pressure Enema under Ultrasound Guidance for Pediatric Intussusception

目的:观察209例小儿肠套叠患儿采用超声引导下不同水压灌肠标准化治疗与X线监视下空气灌肠复位治疗的效果对比分析。方法:选取2019年1月1日-2019年12月31日于安徽省立医院收治及皖南医学院第一附属医院收治的小儿肠套叠患儿209例为主要实验对象,安徽省立医院小儿外科收治105例肠套叠采用超声引导下不同水压灌肠标准化治疗作为实验组,皖南医学院第一附属医院收治的104例肠套叠采用X线监视下空气灌肠复位治疗作为对照组。观察两组患者临床治疗效果以及两组并发症产生情况,评估疗效与安全性。结果:实验组患者复位成功率、保守治疗无效转手术治疗率、转院率、禁食时间、住院时间均显著优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;实验组患者并发症发生率指标显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:临床小儿肠套叠治疗,采用超声引导下不同水压灌肠标准化治疗可作为优先选择,疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of 209 children with intussusception treated by ultrasonic guided water pressure enema and air enema under X-ray monitoring.Methods:A total of 209 children with intussusception admitted to Anhui Provincial Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were selected as the main experimental subjects.A total of 105 children with intussusception admitted to the Pediatric Surgery Department of Anhui Provincial Hospital were treated with different standard ultrasonic-guided water pressure enemas as the experimental group.104 cases of intussusception in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College were treated with air enema under X-ray monitoring as control group.The clinical treatment effect and complications of the two groups were observed,and the efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results:The reduction success rate,the rate of transfer to surgery/hospital transfer rate,fasting time and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of pediatric intussusception,the standardized treatment of different water pressure enemas under the guidance of ultrasound can be used as a priority,with significant efficacy and no obvious adverse reactions.
