肺炎患儿中实施标准化延续性护理对临床症状及治疗配合度的改善作用

Effect of Standardized Continuous Nursing on Clinical Symptoms and Treatment Coordination in Children with Pneumonia

目的:分析在肺炎患儿中实施对临床症状及治疗配合度的改善作用。方法:本文总共纳入120例研究对象,均为2019年2月至2021年2月来来蚌埠医学院第一附属医院治疗的肺炎患儿,采用抽签法随机分为对照组(常规护理,n=60)与研究组(延续性护理+常规护理,n=60)。对比分析两组症状消退时间。结果:在喘息、哮鸣音、发热以及咳嗽消退时间上,研究组短于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:延续性护理用于肺炎患儿的效果显著,对于临床症状以及肺功能的改善具有促进作用。

Objective: To analyze the improvement of clinical symptoms and treatment coordination in children with pneumonia. Methods: A total of 120 subjects were included in this study, who were all children with pneumonia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from February 2019 to February 2021. They were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing, n=60) and study group(continuous nursing + routine nursing, n=60). The regression time of symptoms in the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results: The time of wheezing, wheezing,fever and cough subsided in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing is effective in children with pneumonia, which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and pulmonary function.
