This paper expounds the main problems of the quality management system in enterprise,systematic discusses and studies the specific implementation requirements of the total quality management system and the implementation status based on the present situation of the implementation of the total quality management system in Chinese enterprises,points out their main problems in the implementation of the quality management system,and puts forward suggestions and measures for improving the effectiveness of the quality management system.
