基于武汉市民用建筑的节能研究与采暖估算

Research and Calculation Analysis of Energy Saving Based on Civil Buildings in Wuhan

摘要 建筑节能一直以来都是我国在能源事业发展的一个重要方向,通过数据模拟的方法验证了新型节能玻璃应用于武汉市民用建筑中的节能效果,并以有效传热系数法对建筑物的年采暖能耗进行理论估算。结果表明,模型朝向在东偏南45°时全年空调能耗最大,采用低辐射玻璃后,全年总能耗降低约30%。当采用遮阳型的Low-E后各朝向的制冷能耗均有所降低,除南向外,其他3个朝向的模型全年总能耗均有所下降。通过考虑了太阳辐射的因素和室内实际得热后的理论采暖值与模拟值偏差范围在5.25%~11.65%。 Building energy saving has always been an important direction in the development of energy industry in our country.The energy saving effect of the new energy saving glass applied in civil buildings in Wuhan is verified by the method of data simulation.The annual heating energy consumption of buildings is theoretically estimated by the method of effective heat transfer coefficient.The results show that the annual air conditioning energy consumption is the highest when the model is 45°south by east.After using energy-saving Low-E glass,the total energy consumption is reduced by about 30%.When the sunshade Low-E is used,the refrigeration energy consumption of each direction is reduced,except for the south direction,the total energy consumption of the three directions of the model decreases throughout the year.By taking into account the factors of solar radiation and the actual indoor heating,the deviation between the theoretical heating value and the simulated value is 5.25% Mel 11.65%.
