Study on Compression Performance of CFEP Plate Rubber Bearing

摘要 将碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料代替传统板式橡胶支座中的钢板,得到一种CFEP(Carbon fiber epikote polymer)板式橡胶支座。为了验证该支座在实际应用中替换传统板式橡胶支座的可行性,运用ABAQUS软件,对CFEP板式橡胶支座进行了竖向压缩性能的数值模拟。随后,对该支座的竖向压缩性能进行了参数分析,揭示了尺寸参数对其力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,该支座在竖向压缩方面可以替代传统板式橡胶支座,且其破坏模式同板式橡胶支座的破坏模式基本相同。在其他条件不发生改变的情况下,长宽比与支座的最大拉应力、支座的压缩模量成反比;加劲层层数与支座最大拉应力、支座的整体压缩模量成正比。 A CFEP(Carbon fiber epikote polymer)plate rubber bearing was obtained by replacing the steel plate in the traditional plate rubber bearing with the carbon fiber epoxy resin composite material.In order to verify the feasibility of replacing the traditional plate rubber bearing with this bearing in practical application,the vertical compression performance of CFEP plate rubber bearing was numerically simulated by ABAQUS software.Then,the vertical compression performance of the bearing is analyzed,and the influence of dimension parameters on its mechanical properties is revealed.The results show that the bearing can replace the traditional plate rubber bearing in the aspect of vertical compression,and its failure mode is basically the same as that of the plate rubber bearing.When other conditions do not change,the lengthwidth ratio is inversely proportional to the maximum tensile stress and the compression modulus of the support.The number of layers of stiffening is proportional to the maximum tensile stress and the overall compression modulus of the bearing.
