摘要
考察了3种胜利原油组分对延展型表面活性剂异辛基氧丙烯氧乙烯硫酸盐(简称6-3)溶液界面张力的影响。研究发现,6-3分子的亲水头基尺寸大于疏水尾链,界面张力较高。油相中的活性组分与6-3分子在界面上混合吸附,产生降低界面张力的协同效应。协同效应由原油组分的极性和分子尺寸决定,酸性组分和胶质协同效应强;而沥青质、饱和分和芳香分降低界面张力能力有限。
The effects of active components in three types of crude oils on the interfacial teniosns(IFTs)of the extended surfactant solutions,sodium isooctyl poly(propylene oxide)ether poly(ethylene oxide)ether sulfnate(6-3)was investigated.The experimental results show that the size of hydrophilic part of 6-3 molecule is larger than that of hydrophobic part,which results in the higher IFTs.The mixed adsorption of the active components and 6-3 moleculues will produce the synergism and lower IFT values.The synergism depends on the polarity and molecular size of active components:acidic components and resins show strong synergistic effect.Howerver,the asphaltenes,saturates and aromatic have limited reducing ability in IFTs.
