新文科视域下应用型高校隐性育人的路径探究

Exploration of Recessive Ideological and Political Education in Applied Universities from Perspective of New Liberal Arts

新文科建设中高校立德树人的使命更加重要,如何提高高校隐性育人的效果是当下推进课程思政面临的教育课题之一。本文首先阐明隐性育人的内涵和特征,再从人才培养目标、课程思政推进和当代大学生特点三个角度分析了应用型高校隐性育人的必要性,进而以北华航天工业学院为例,探究隐性育人教育资源、教育模式和教育方法三方面的现状,分析不足及成因。最后,针对以上问题,从"全""大""特""融""新"五个方面构建隐性育人的具体路径,以期为应用型高校隐性育人工作提供一定参考。

Under the construction of new liberal arts,it is increasingly significant to strengthen moral education and cultivate talents.Thus,how to improve the effect of recessive moral education is one of the major tasks for higher education institutions to implement the ideological and political education.The paper first clarifies the connotation and characteristics of recessive ideological and political education,followed by its necessity from three dimensions like targets of talent-cultivating,implementation of ideological and political education and traits of current college students.Through a case study in North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering(NCIAE),the paper analyzes the possible problems and drawbacks in the development of recessive education in depth and makes a deep analysis of the causes of those problems.Finally,to solve the existing problems,this paper suggests five specific and practical measures which provide references for application-oriented universities.
