基于“脾主思藏意”探讨补中益气汤在桥本甲状腺炎中的应用

Application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in HT Based on‘Spleen Controlling Meditation and Storing Desire’

桥本甲状腺炎(hashimoto’s thyroiditis,HT)是临床常见的甲状腺自身免疫性疾病,中医学中对此病并无记载,大多参考瘿病进行施治,目前仍无统一中医辨证论治标准,本文从"脾主思藏意"角度出发,深入阐述"脾主思"及"脾藏意"的理论内涵及其与桥本甲状腺炎发生机制的联系,进而探讨补中益气汤在桥本甲状腺炎中的应用,突出在临床上从脾论治桥本甲状腺炎的确切疗效,为其中医诊治拓宽思路。

Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT)is a clinical common autoimmune thyroid disease,which is not recorded in TCM and mostly treated by the treatment guidance of goiter.There is still no standard treatment based on syndrome differentiation for HT.This study elaborated the connotation of‘Spleen controlling meditation’and‘Spleen storing desire’,and its relationship with the mechanism of HT.It also discussed Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the application of HT,treating from Spleen has achieved prominent curative effect in clinical treatment of HT,which widens the innovation methods of diagnosis and treatment for HT.
