基于“悲则气消”研究负面意识对大鼠能量代谢和经络之气太赫兹辐射的影响

Effect of Negative Consciousness on Energy Metabolism and Terahertz Radiation of Qi in Meridians Based on‘Sadness Dissipating Qi’

目的:通过观察悲观忧郁负面意识刺激对大鼠体内能量代谢相关的脑肠肽影响,以及经络穴位气机的太赫兹波辐射特征的变化,从物理和生物学角度为"悲则气消"和"形气神一体"理论提供依据。方法:将40只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常组、抑郁组、悲伤音乐组、欢快音乐组4组。抑郁组模型采用慢性不可预见温和刺激法和孤养法制备;悲伤音乐组、欢快音乐组在抑郁组基础上分别予以中医五行音乐的商调悲伤和徵调欢快音乐进行干预。干预14 d后采用太赫磁波光谱仪检测大鼠膻中、气海、肺腧、太渊等穴位的太赫兹辐射量,观测大鼠体力、耐力、活动度、免疫器官指数以及血清中CCK、Ghrelin、VIP等能量相关脑肠肽的含量变化。结果:抑郁模型大鼠和悲伤音乐组大鼠较其他组明显出现气虚症状,穴位太赫兹辐射量和脏器指数较其他组明显下降(P<0.05);欢快音乐组血清中的脑肠肽CCK、Ghrelin、VIP含量较抑郁组和悲伤音乐组增加;悲伤音乐组较抑郁组的穴位太赫兹波辐射量下降(P<0.05),但在气虚症状和能量代谢方面的差异无统计学意义。结论:悲观忧郁的负面意识可以使大鼠体内能量代谢物质减少,经络穴位气机的太赫磁波辐射减弱,明显出现体力耐力减退等气虚证候,说明中医理论中"形、气、神"是可以相互影响的,从现代科研角度印证了"悲则气消"和"形气神一体"的合理性。

Objective:To observe the effects of pessimistic and melancholic negative consciousness stimuli on the energy metabolism-related brain-gut peptide in rats and the changes in terahertz magnetic radiation characteristics of meridian acupoints Qi movement,and to provide theory evidence for‘sadness dissipating Qi’and‘unity of form,Qi and Shen’from the physical and biological point of view.Methods:40 male SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the depression group,the sad music group and the cheerful music group.The depression model was prepared by chronic unpredictable mild stimulation combined with isolation.The sad music group and the cheerful music group were intervened with sad or symptomatic cheerful music based on TCM five elements.After 14 days of intervention,the terahertz magnetic wave spectrometer was used to detect the terahertz radiation around the acupoints of Danzhong(RN17),Qihai(RN6),Feishu(BL13)and Taiyuan(LU9).The physical strength,endurance,mobility,immune organ indexes and serum contents of energy-related brain-gut peptides of CCK,Ghrelin and VIP were observed in the groups.Results:The symptoms of Qi deficiency was more obvious,and the acupoint terahertz radiation dose and the organ indexes were significantly lower in the depression group and in the sad music group than those in the other groups(P<0.05).The brain-gut peptides of CCK,Ghrelin and VIP were higher in the cheerful music group than those in the depression group and in the sad music group;the sad music group had a lower acupoint terahertz wave radiation than the depression group(P<0.05),however,there were no statistical differences in Qi deficiency and energy metabolism between the two groups.Conclusion:The pessimistic and melancholic negative consciousness can reduce energy metabolites in rats,weaken the terahertz magnetic wave radiation of the Qi movement around meridian points,and manifest the symptoms of Qi deficiency,such as weak physical endurance.It shows that‘form,Qi and Shen’can influence each other in TCM theory.The rationality of‘sadness dissipating Qi’and‘unity of form,Qi and Shen’is confirmed from the perspective of modern scientific research.
